Unit G Summary Question #5: Describe the conditions in which a graph can cross through an asymptote.

For a horizontal asymptote, a graph does not cross on every occasion, only sometimes. It crosses only towards the middle of the graph and never towards the far left or right of the graph. In a slant asymptote, a graph can only cross towards the middle of the graph but this does not happen every time. A vertical asymptote will never have a graph cross it.
